First Generation IPad stuck on disabled

I am trying to restore my IPad because it has become password disabled. I tried multiple solutions and cannot get it to connect to ITunes properly. I thought that I got it to, went through the entire process all for it to go back to the same screen. It however never let me access the IPad after I gave permission for the computer to.
