The 2018 iPad (6th generation) is not currently for sale. The 2019 iPad (7th generation) is available, but due to high demand and reduced staffing in the warehouses caused by COVID-19, delivery times for most models are currently 1-2 weeks and have been slipping regularly, and even then, you may still see delays because shipping carriers are experiencing the same issues.. Your best bet is to be patient, and if you're really concerned, Contact - Official Apple Support. We're just users here, just like you.

Hello, sorry you didn’t receive your new iPad.


One thing that I would take in consideration is the Coronavirus. Apple is having problems getting the parts they need in there factory in China. And most of there employees overseas aren’t working right now.


You could also give Apple a call on the phone, they’re open 24/7, but I’m pretty sure that they may say something similar to what I said.
