Is it possible to change default Safari bookmark folder for "one-step add."

I bet this is an easy one, but I can't find any answers. In Safari, when I click on the "one-step add" bookmark button, the location defaults to a folder I haven't used in months. How do I change that?

Yes.

Click Share button and then "Add Bookmark".

Click the pop-up menu button in the search box under "Add this page to" and choose the desired folder.
