Get it fixed/replaced.
There is no magic that will make it better.

Click on the Contact Support link at the top right of this page to start the service process.
In order to do that, I will need the serial number or either the IMEID to shipped it to Apple to get it fix.
That's correct.
The it's stamped on the SIM card carrier.
What can I do if my screen is broken and shows black screen ??
