You admitted the microphone was not on. The video you have does not contain any audio as none was recorded.

forgot to turn on my microphone to screen record a video interview. Is there anyway to get the audio?

There was no audio recorded.

If you tap and hold the screen recording button in the accessibility shortcut (the thing you swipe up on) you can turn on the the microphone.
