Latest iTunes(ver 12.10.5) & iCloud(ver 7.18.0) not updating in Win 10

iTunes ver. 12.10.5 and iCloud ver. 7.18.0 will not update on my Windows 10 Laptop. I've tried to install manually, but with no success. Please advise.
