If I remove a device from my iCloud will it remove the passcode

iPad passcode I haven't used my 1st iPad in a long while & it is asking me for a computer passcode (not sign in) I don't remember putting one on. Is there a way to retrieve it from iCloud on one of my other apple devices. It won't let me update without the passcode.

You cannot restore without computer iTunes.
