No, there isn’t. Your phone should have been returned to Apple as part of an exchange for a repaired phone. It never got to Apple, either because it was intercepted in transit or because the person who was supposed to return it did not do so. How it got to you cannot be determined either. But for now you have a phone with no warranty and no way to have it repaired if it ever needs repair.

We can't explain what happened. We are not Apple. We don't know what the circumstances are. Perhaps the person who sold it to you reported it stolen.

Not only does it not have no warranty, you can't get it serviced by Apple at all.

And whatever happened here sounds a little sketchy.

From what store did you originally buy the phone?
