When I open logic pro x, all buttons that stays for "Software instrument", guitar of bass, audio, drummer and so on are not active, cannot click them. All these buttons are not active and when I play my old projects, week ago for example, do not hear anything, does not play anything

Could be a Core Audio issue.
Go to Menu Logic Pro X > Preferences > Audio > Devices.
If Core Audio box is checked, uncheck it, Apply Changes, check it and Apply Changes.
If Core Audio box is not checked, just check it and Apply Changes.
