Have a Logitech 4K Magnetic Pro webcam connected to a XDR display. Zoom and Skype work but Slack and Google Hangout shows no video even though I can pick the webcam as the camera. Anyone able to get it to work on Slack or Google Hangouts?

Talked with Slack. They said the camera is not supported by apps that use webRTC. So it will not work with Slack, Google Hangouts. They said they do not have a work-around and it will be up to Logitech or webRTC to fix this issue.

From what I've read is that you're unable use you Logitech webcam for 2 specific apps. I'd like to help. You can try seeing if this works in a test user account:

I'd also check for updates on both apps.

No slack, skype, or google hangouts. Very frustrating..
That's disappointing.. Thank you for the update.
Guess I will look into another camera solution for the time being.
