new Iphone 7 not transferring photo to PC

I recently replaced my iphone 6 with a new iphone 7. the automatic transfer went well and everything is ok except...

My phone will no longer transfer photo to the PC or another laptop! Yes my Ipad which is running the same IOS, 13.4 will transfer OK!

Using the windows 10 photo app, I have also tried Nikon capture.

Phone syncs ok with itunes

Any suggestions?
