yesterday suddenly my iphone have restarted many times then got a message that I cannot make or receive calls until it has been updated . I have already the latest version ios 13.4
now i don’t know what i do 😢

iPhone 5se with same problem. tried restarting, checked all settings, reset network settings. Still an issue. Late yesterday, while going through CarPlay, we successfully received a call while we were driving.
