Iphone stuck at headphone mode

Hi!

i have an Iphone 6s model#A1688. My iphone is stuck at headphone mode, I’ve tried every thing, like turning it off and on, plug in and out headphone several times in headphone jack. But when i plugin the headphone jack it is still working my headphone jack is still working and in perfect condition. I’ve also tried cleaning the jack with the ink cartridge of BIC pen.

One more thing my speakers also works Only when i play a ringtone or get an incoming call.

kindly help me please this thing is so frustrating. Thankyou!

Hello,

Try this:

1) Open the Control Center

2) 3D press (or long press) on the music controls

3) Select the output option (little up-arrow with circles)

4) Select iPhone

For your speaker issues, see this:

If you hear no sound or distorted sound from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch speaker
