I had forgotten my screen time password for a long time now and i had just updated my phone to the latest. When it says have you forgotten screen time password and you click it and type in your apple id password it does nothing but just adds the attempts and adds the time.
i dont know what to do
iPhone 7 Plus, iOS 13
Then you follow the steps in the second link I provided and restore your phone back to factory settings to remove screentime password, and yes you will lose data, you will only get back what you've synced with icloud or your mail account.
If you clicked on the first link I provided and it didn't work, then you proceed with the 2nd link I provided.
If there was different alternative beside you remember the password without losing data, I would've posted a link.
So proceed with the factory restore.
But my problem is that when i try to reset my screen time password using my apple id password it doesnt do anything but just adds minutes
But is there any other way to do it without losing data
