I suggest you change you password immediately. Are you sure the email from Apple is legitimate? Has your credit card been changed? Did you check your purchases history?
Apple will always address you by your name or the name they have on file for you, not Dear Customer, Dear Client or by using your e-mail address. The e-mail will be from @apple.com or @iTunes.com. E-mail addresses can be spoofed. You can go to Mail/View/Message/Show all Headers to see more. Apple e-mails will never contain an attachment. Apple will never request personal information by email such as Social Security numbers, your Mother’s maiden name or full credit card numbers .
The only exception to the above I have noticed is if you order something from the Apple Store (apple.com), your receipt will be addressed to Dear Apple Customer. That is a receipt for a purchase you initiated.

If this is an email you received, has your credit card been charged? Are you sure the message is legitimate? Does it contain a link for you to sign in somewhere? It may be a scam. Check your purchases history.
As a precaution, change your password.
What to do after you change your Apple ID or password - Apple Support I suggest doing this before you change your Apple ID or password.

I dont think it s a scam because I have an e mail from apple which inform me for the purchase and has a link with the receipt and information about the name and location of the purchace also I havent been charged I changed my Password and I dont know if there is anything else I should do
I think it was legit a scam beacause what you said was right in the “receipt” it has an option to cancel the purchace and ask me a lot of personal information like passport number, credit cart etc. I didn t answer this at all and went to official apple website and ask for a file about my data on my account, thank you so much for your answers they solved my problems and thank to myself for not fall to the scam.
You are welcome.
