Why does my iPad Pro have Subscriber Services and I don’t have a Sim Slot

Hello, I have an iPad Pro, about two years old. I recently noticed in settings under reset there is a option for “subscriber services” and when I click on this it asked for my password code which I enter, and than it gives me the option to reset token or reset provisions...

To be clear I do not have a sim slot... just WiFi only

Should I be worried that someone has tampered with my iPad physically or possibly with a virtual SIM card. I have heard about virtual SIM cards but know zero about them..

If it is just a standard now on all iPads than o.k. Great, but if not I look forward to trouble shooting with you.

iPad Pro, iOS 13

No. Its normal on Wifi iPads. Though its unclear what it does on Wifi only iPads.

It may be a glitch in the iOS 13 that shows it on a non cellular device.

It showing up on my iPad Pro, and iPad Air 2, and on an iPad 5th gen I have access to and all of them are Wifi only models.
