Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
I had the hard drive replaced in my iMac. I have a gray screen that also shows in the middle a picture of my mouse and of my cd DVD burner. What do I do? I’m hoping to be able to get to the back up on my airport time capsule.

I have already tried that. It doesn’t change the result. I still get a screen with the centre being and altering picture of the mouse and the DVD player. What else would you suggest? I appreciate your assistance
Hmmm, try botting up holding CMD+r keys.

Do you have a wired USB Keyboard & mouse you can use, even a cheap PC set?
Unfortunately no. But if I need to I suppose I could order something from Amazon
I think that is the only way out of this.
