iphone 11 video
I am interested in getting an iPhone 8 plus or an 11. Is the video and photo on the 11 that much better than the iPhone 8 plus? Has anyone used both?

The cameras on the iPhone 11 are significantly better than the cameras on the iPhone 8 Plus for both normal photo and video. The only thing that the iPhone 11 does not have is the telephoto lens on the iPhone 8 Plus, so the iPhone 8 Plus is better at zooming in, but the iPhone 11 can take ultra-wide shots.
