IPhone 11 stuck DFU mode ios 13.4

stuck in DU modde trying to update says phone needs to be restored . when trying to restore . it quits with error 9 or 14 . I just got this phone 3 days ago. please help

Did all the force restarts . different usb ports and cables uninstalled all antivirus and utilities nothing helped

I download the ios 13.4 ipsw file and the shift clicked restore, then selected the file I downloaded from apple official page and it worked. iphone 11
