Screen “Shaking” after watching hours of Netflix/YouTube or Skyping

Resetting your SMC and NVRAM were both great steps. To narrow this issue down, try creating a temporary user account on your Mac. Then log in there to see if the same behavior occurs. I'm having a similar issue. Mine Mine started out as a shaking screen and "evolved" into an horizontal lines effect, like the image below.

Did yours start after upgrading MacOS Catalina to version 10.15.4?

Try going to System Preferences> Energy Saver and unchecking Automatic Graphics Switching. It used to work for me.

We appreciate that photo and the details! Since the issue is system-wide, try booting into macOS Recovery and run First Aid there to repair the startup disk. Then test it out to see if that helps: Repair a storage device in Disk Utility on Mac

Can you clarify what's happening when you say the screen shakes? Are you referring to the image on your display, or does the display seem to be physically shaking?

Is this happening while your device is on the charger, off the charger, or both?

Also, does it happen in any other circumstances that you've noticed, or only after watching videos for a few hours as you mentioned?

When the issue occurs, does it stop if you Restart your iPhone?
