iPhone 11 - calls cutting in and out

Whenever I place or receive a call on my NEW iPhone 11, I am told that my voice is cutting in and out? Almost like I have bad reception - which I don't! Does anyone know how to fix this :( I have tried recording a voice memo, and that sounds fine - so it's to do with actual calls.
