iTunes and app store account

My iTunes and app store account have been disabled. Why is that and how can I fix it? I can’t add payment methods and now my iCloud is full and I can’t buy more space because of this. I can’t receive or send emails. Please help!

You know that these are user forums and that we are just fellow users, we won't know why your account is disabled. Contact iTunes Support in the country where you live (and which is therefore the country on the account) and ask them, and you could also see if they can/will re-enable it : If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes’
