MacBook Pro 2017 overheating issue

I'm using MacBook Pro 2017 for the past 1 year. Recently I have started to use the Final Cut Pro and Affinity photo application. Before I was using this machine only for browsing and movies.

Now my MacBook getting overheat, when I use Final Cut Pro and Affinity photo application. Exactly above the touch bar.

How to control the heat?

Please advice.

MacBook Pro overheating Bought my MacBook Pro 13' Fall 2020 and I can clearly sense that it gets really hot on the bottom side while I use Safari or some other basic software. When I say really hot I mean I could fry eggs on it if I wanted to.

macbook pro 2018 overheating Hey, I bought my MacBook Pro 2018 15” back in the summer it was released. Since then I was not using it for hard work, but a few weeks ago I started using Lightroom and I’ve noticed that after just a few minutes of editing the Mac gets really hot especially at the top part of the base. Is there any issue, cause I don’t think Lightroom is doing that kind of heavy work. Thanks.
