iPad activation
I bought a second hand iPad, I restore it to my computer after I restored the iPad the old owner account is appearing and need to sign in with a password. i can't activate my iPad pls help me.

If your iPad is Activation Locked, you’ll need cooperation of the previous owner to resolve and remove the lock. This is theft deterrent mechanism that cannot be bypassed.
