To remove the activation lock you will need to have the Apple ID/Password of the rightful owner of the iPad, or alternatively be able to answer the related security questions acceptably, unless there are extenuating circumstances, e.g., you have a purchase receipt with the pad’s serial number on it or you inherited it through the death of someone and you have death-related proof of ownership. Under these alternatives, Apple, at its discretion may remove the activation lock. Given the receipt you posted. I suggest you contact Apple support using these options.

See if you can recover the password and security questions.


If you are being told there isn't enough information to reset them, contact Apple ID Support.


If you don't know the answers, if the steps in the article below don’t work, contact Apple ID Support, although I’m not sure they will be able to help.
