I deleted an email I needed from my iCloud, how can I retrieve it?

This article may be helpful for you: Delete and recover emails in Mail on iPhone. See the section under "Recover a deleted email". It is possible your emails are in the Archive folder depending on settings.
You can also try checking iCloud.com from a computer's browser and the folders there.
