Panic crash after computer sleep

My Macbook Pro 16 inch had multiple panic crashes after computer goes to sleep. Computer restarts at waking up. Normal usage seems fine. I wonder if this is related to hardware. Attached crash report.

2.6 GHz 6-Core Intel Core i7

AMD Radeon Pro 5300M

MacBook Pro 16", macOS 10.15

I solved my own problem. There has been reports of the T2 chip is causing sleep and wake issue. The T2 chip is responsible for security when the Mac wakes up from sleep. When power adapter is plugged in, power nap is turned on by default. I had recently connected iCloud photos and I bet my Mac tried to wake up from sleep to sync photos. I turned off power nap and turned on Do Not Disturb for "When the display is sleeping" and "When the screen is locked".

This seems to be a software issue. My Macbook pro has absolutely no problem in day to day operations. This issue hasn't reoccur since I changed those settings.

Wow, this is the answer. I've had this issue for as long as I can remember on my 2017 MacBook Pro (this issue + the terrible keyboard, even after a replacement, made that machine a piece of garbage). Just purchased a new 16" and had this issue on day 1. I finally sat and made a list of possible causes - apps, settings, etc. and came across this thread just as I was about to test different Power Nap options (always on, always off). In case anyone else was wondering I already tried enabling it for both while plugged in and on battery and that did not help the issue. It needs to be disabled both while plugged in and on battery. That's unfortunate. It makes Power Nap useless on these machines.

Also, the trigger for me seems to be this scenario: Using MacBook on battery power, close lid to sleep, plug in to charge, unplug from power, open to wake, crash and restart. I don't recall having the issue if I woke it while plugged in or if I woke it while still on battery power.
