trying to download from appstore, wont let me sign in with appleid. it says "This Apple ID has not yet been used with the App Store." and tells me to review account info but does nothing when i hit review button. ??? wtf?

why can't i sign in to App Store with my apple id? it says "This Apple ID has not yet been used with the App Store." tells me to review my info. the review button below does nothing.

sorry probably stupid question. new to mac, i know nothing...

Log into your account in the App Store/iTunes and you should be able to change it there. Or you can click the blue Edit payment methods in the article below. When signed in and the page loads, you will be on the credit card page. After updating that, click the Go Back button at the lower left and you will be on the address page.

Apple ID payment information - change.
