Old ipad

I can’t login to my old iPad. I do not remember the ID or password used to set it up. I do now have an iPhone with a new ID and password but it is not the same login info. How can I set up the old iPad to make it work now. (I actually have 2 old iPads) but if I can get 1 to work, I’ll be so happy.
