belkin wirless charging pad light blinks with iphone 11 pro and not the xr

My iPhone 11pro is a few months old. After the recent update a few days ago my iPhone has since then gotten really hot, like can barely hold it and when placed on the wireless charger (Belkin) from the Apple store itself the light blink and it takes me a few times to actually get it to charge. I took all the proper steps in resetting the phone etc and nothing. I also have a XR and has zero issues on the charger or over heating. Anyone having this issue

also don’t mind the name. I was a kid when I made my apple account. Now trying to figure out how to change it since it’s the first time ever asking a question here

I believe if you look at your Belkin manual when the light blinks it shows it is in fast charge mode which the iPhone 11 supports while I don't believe the XR does. Is your iPhone getting so hot that it is triggering the internal temperature sensor? How warm does it get if you use the 18 watt charger and cable that came with your iPhone 11 pro?
