Damage on iPhone

My iPhone got wet in a pool 15 inches deep (40 centimeters). This was no more than 10 seconds submerged (it was accidental) and I removed it from the pool. The next morning I turned it off because the Face id was not recognized and when I turned it on the apple logo appeared on the screen without being able to boot the iPhone. It is an iPhone XS MAX and did not work with a small pool.
