Thanks for asking the Apple Support Communities for help with your sons iCloud account.
If someone else has access to your account, you will want to change the password. This article will help: If you think your Apple ID has been compromised - Apple Support
This will only secure the account, and block anyone without the password to access the account or add/remove data. Once this is completed, your son will have to log in and delete any data that he does not want on his iCloud account. This includes any iCloud Drive info, Contacts, Calendar events, etc. Manage your iCloud storage - Apple Support
