Safari Java Script issues - websites pages reloading

I recently updated my mac book pro and now having issues with some websites not loading. page keeps reloading . Iam using Safari .

I have looked at other ideas to resolve and can stop the reloading issue if i disable java script but then only basic pages of the website open ie cannot use banking sites etc or saved passed words etc.

Any help and ideas would be greatly appreciated .

wish i had not updated as normally have auto turned off and choose to install so frustrated that i know have a major issue to resolve ?
