16-in MacBook Pro automatically shut down with an error message

My MacBook always suddenly shut down itself, it can even happen a couple of times a day. I can't stand it.

I first thought it is because I play League of Legend, which brings a lot of heat, and my Mac shut down due to the extreme heat. Then I download an app to monitor the temperature on my Mac. The temperature is around 85 degree of Celsius when I am in the game.

BUT, both today and yesterday, I was using Zoom, it shut down again.

When I restart it, it pops up the error message, and send report to Apple.

Don't know what is happening here, it does not even happen on my 2015 MacBook Pro!

I don't see any of the usual suspects in the report.

However, you don't have Time Machine enabled. Do you have some other backup strategy enabled? If not I suggest you get a 1 -2 TB external HD, format it for Time Machine and use it as frequently as possible. You need to have a backup ASAP.

How long have you had the MBP? If it's still under warranty call Apple Support and talk with a rep. They may be able to log into your Mac and run some tests.
