IPad Error

my ipad password was changed and typed in wrong numerous times which locked it out, the ipad also needed an update. however anytime i try to connect the ipad to my itunes via my laptop it won’t connect.

i have tried to hold in the lock+home button until the apple logo appears but still will not connect to my itunes on computer.

can someone help please?

Unfortunately you must now fully restore your iPad to factory settings.


Please refer to the following Apple Support documents.


If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support

If you can't update or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
