Why always disconnecting while im playing a games can’t you help me

Crazy 8 on game pigeon Whenever I try to play crazy 8 like for the past few days it says connecting and then it says “cannot connect to the game” and my WiFi is fine. I’ve restarted my phone, signed out of my iCloud and signed back in, I’ve deleted game pigeon and downloaded it back, I’ve done basically everything I even reset my network connections and connected again. It still continues to say cannot connect. Is this a bug and if so can you please fix it! PLEASE!
