It's pretty simple. I took a picture of a lion. I put LIONS into photos to see if it would come up. This picture of mine came up. It is a photo of a cow and not a picture of a lion. I didn't tag a cow as a lion so Photos must have done it automatically. Which begs the question: how do you remove incorrect auto tags?

I can see where it could be mistaken for a lion. All I can think of is to export the original version out of the library, delete it from the library and import back in. See if Photos makes the same mistake again.
If all else fails type Cow into the title field.
