Find My has been disabled on iPhone.

With Find My disabled, this device can no longer be located, placed in Lost Mode, or remotely erased using icloud.com/find or the Find My app. In addition, your Apple ID and password will no longer be required for someone to erase, reactivate, and use your iPhone.

Help! How can I enable Find My again?

iPhone 11, iOS 13

You need the phone in your possession to enable Find My. The option is at Settings > [username] > Find My > Find My iPhone.

If you don't have the phone in your possession, you cannot enable it.
