Unable to purchase in apps

I was ask to get help from from support after purchase something in app. Before this there was no this kind of issue when I purchase anything.

iPhone 11 Pro Max, iOS 13

There are a few situations where purchases won't work. As the message shows, contact iTunes Support. Either use the form or scroll to the bottom of the page in the 2nd link. Follow through the screens to get a chat or telephone option.
