Is it possible to send a text message from MacBook Air to have my cell phone be reflected on the recipients cell phone instead of my icloud email ID?

No your macbook doesn't have a cell number, imessage uses your apple id.
Is it possible to use a different app from apple store to send messages which can reflect my cell phone?
