hi - new iPhone 11 is using phone number from another phone on account - ideas on how to switch?

New iPhone activation problems I purchased a brand new iPhone 13 pro max along with two other phones for family and upon activation the other two phones activated correctly but the one iPhone 13 which was brand new had an incorrect phone number that it was asking me to verify. Why would a brand new phone have an incorrect number on it? I purchased all three at the same time, in store from Verizon. I’m now worried I have some refurbished phone or something even though I bought it new in store?
