I purchased an iPad for my mother that has only WiFi. Can I FaceTime with her? If so, how do I do that?

Hello,

Connect the iPad to her Wi-Fi network, sign her iPad in with her Apple ID (if she does not have one then she will need to register for one or you can register one for her).
