Refund not working?

Heya, would I be able to have some help? I recently requested a refund on something I purchased in-game and it says I have got refunded but I do not see it in my apple balance. Purchased with giftcard

It takes two days for a refund to iTunes Store credit to be processed. Click here for more information.

But it does not show the Itunes store option. It shows that it may take up too 30 days for other options
