I cant get OS Catalina on my 2010 MacBook Pro, help me!

A mac from 2010 cannot install macOS Catalina, it does not meet the hardware requirements.

If you want to upgrade your mac from macOS Sierra then you can upgrade to High Sierra,
That Mac isn't capable of running Catalina. If desired, back up your data, check your applications for compatibility, and download High Sierra.
