Keynote demands update to V10 for collaboration

We are working with Keynote 9.2 and, during the Coronavirus lockdown, we have been using its collaboration feature. Now, when I try to use it, it advises updating to v10 and collaboration no longer works.

V.10 apparently requires OS Catalina, but we can't update to Catalina just yet because a lot of our other software tools are not yet updated to Catalina. When I press the Collaborate button, it offers just three options: Go to iCloud.com, Not Now and Go To AppStore. Can anyone help get us working collaboratively again?

Thanks

  • There is no compulsion to upgrade to Keynote 10 - click the not now button:

  • Keynote version 10 is compatible with Mojave and Catalina

Collaboration is working OK with us with Keynote V9.2.1 in Mojave and Keynote V10 in Mojave
