How do i know if my ipad mini 4 supports cellular data or not and if i can make calls with it?
You cannot make calls on an iPad unless you also have an iPhone.
If you also have an iPhone, iPad can then make calls via iPhone.
FYI: Phone calls does not use cellular data unless you are using Skype or some other VOIP apps.
