i have iphone 4s and forgot the email id & password, how can i unlock, kindly help

If you're talking about Apple ID & password, so that that device has activation lock, you can unlock it only if you are the original owner and can produce a proof of purchase (receipt, invoice).
In all oither cases, neither we, just users like you, nor Apple can help you.
