I paid for storage n it still says storage full and I can’t download no apps or take any pictures how can I fix that what do I do somebody please help me
Your image shows that your phone is almost full:
The storage you have paid for is on the iCloud server, not on your phone - you cannot increase the storage on an iPhone. You ned to remove some of the data on your phone.
You have used 15.7 GB from 16 GB.
You only have 0.3 GB left that is not enough for anything.
For an iPhone to function properly, you need at least 2 GB free and if you want to take photos you need even more.
You have to delete stuff as mentioned in my first post.
Again iCloud does not make your iPhone storage bigger.
iCloud storage is used for backups and for syncing data.
You need free storage on iPhone, not on iCloud.
You didn't show us what you have in
Settings > General > iPhone Storage >

iCloud Storage does not make your iPhone storage larger.
You have to delete stuff you don't need on iPhone or at least save them on computer before you delete them.
