Exercise ring on iwatch

My exercise ring stop after 2-7 minutes. I’ve checked settings, I have reset went for a walk to recalibrate it worked for a day then stopped again. What is wrong and how I can fix it? I do have cellular if that matters. It tracks my walk but the ring will not move 🤷‍♀️

The first (and simplest) thing to try if something isn’t working right is to restart your Apple Watch and its paired iPhone. If necessary (device not responding), try a forced restart. Both methods can be found here:

The next steps would be to unpair and pair your watch again and restore from the backup:
