Deleted app store
How do I get the App Store back on her phone. We reset it we followed everything we could find online and it still won’t show up.

Without know what everything you found online includes, the following may help. The usual reason for the App Store app not being visible is due to a restriction on purchasing. See: Use parental controls on your child's iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support
If that isn't the cause, see if search will locate it: Use Search on your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch – Apple Support
The App Store app is not one of the built-in apps that can be deleted.
